Energy Philosophy

Love and hatred are the same things.
Same? How come?

Before this quest let's try to understand a philosophy.
Human mind/heart produces a very strong abstract form of energy, which is known as feeling". And all the rules of physics that apply to the physical energy are applicable to this form of energy also. Let's call it the "energy philosophy".

Known is the fact that energy can neither be created nor be destroyed. Likewise there always exists a feeling, be it love or abomination. It could be strong or it could be weak.

Let's say love is the positive energy and hatred is the negative energy. Positive energy in a meager amount can be called as liking. Similarly the negative energy in fewer amounts gives birth to apathy or impassiveness.

Somewhere it is written that we can love and hate the same person. Incipiently it's difficult to comprehend. Applying the energy philosophy, it’s easy to understand this. For that person we have positive energy as well as negative, both, in finite amounts. Another explanation is that we have a strong feeling (energy, hereafter) for that person and the energy just changes its form from time to time. So at a certain time we love the person and at another instance we loathe that person.

At another place it is said that we abominate most the person whom we once used to adore most. The same explanation applies here. The "energy" has just changed its form (from positive to negative).
